Your main responsibilities:
- ensure the Company's compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cybersecurity of the Republic of Lithuania, the NIS2 Directive and other applicable legal acts, coordinate the compliance assessment and implementation of the requirements;
- manage and maintain the Company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, coordinate the certification process and the organization's preparation for internal and external audits;
- coordinate the activities of the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensure monitoring of cyber threats, incident detection, analysis, response and continuous improvement of security processes and technological tools;
- form the Company's information and cyber security policy and manage IT security projects;
- develop, implement and improve information and cyber security procedures, monitor their compliance;
- assess the state of cyber and information security, identify risks and initiate necessary changes;
- ensure the implementation of the principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information;
- coordinate the investigation of cyber and information security incidents and cooperate with competent authorities;
- monitor changes in cybersecurity legislation and ensure the Company's compliance with applicable requirements;
- prepare security documentation, employee training and consult on cyber and information security issues;
- coordinate the application of data classification, storage, protection, masking, encryption and other security measures;
- participate in business continuity, IT infrastructure development and security improvement processes.
We hope you:
- have a higher education in IT or exact sciences;
- have at least 3 years of similar work experience;
- have good knowledge of cybersecurity, IT and data transmission infrastructure hardware and software;
- know EU and Lithuanian legal acts regulating cybersecurity;
- are familiar with cybersecurity standards and good practices;
- are able to analyze, systematize information, assess risks and make decisions independently;
- are able to work both independently and in a team;
- proficiency in English (B2-C1) level.
- international certificates: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCISO, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor;
- experience in a consulting company or working with MSP / MSSP services;
- experience with Zero Trust, DevSecOps or other advanced incident management tools.
