Nature of work:
We are currently looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional who will not only ensure the security of our systems, but also masterfully manage compliance processes in accordance with international security standards and regulations.
In this position, you will be the key person combining technical security, strategic management and legal compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2 and eIDAS):

- Development, updating and implementation of cybersecurity strategy, policies and procedures at the company level;
- Preparation, coordination and leadership of ISO 27001 certification, NIS2 directive and eIDAS regulation audits;
- Continuous identification, assessment and development of mitigation plans for information security risks;
- Monitoring of security incidents, coordination of response and implementation of preventive measures;
- Education of company employees on cybersecurity issues, strengthening security culture;
- Cooperation with external auditors, supervisory authorities and internal company teams.
We will be great if you have:
- At least 3 years of successful experience in cybersecurity or information security management;
- Knowledge and practical experience working with the ISO 27001 standard;
- Understanding of the requirements of the NIS2 Directive and the eIDAS Regulation;
- Ability to "translate" complex legal and technical requirements into clear business processes;
- Analytical thinking, ability to work independently and make strategic decisions;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both oral and written).
