The Cybersecurity Services Department of Telecentra's Business Development Department is responsible for the maintenance, optimization and development of the company's information systems designed to ensure cybersecurity, as well as for the implementation and technical maintenance of security systems for services. The department is also responsible for the development of cybersecurity services and the ongoing maintenance and support of solutions implemented for customers. And this department needs a manager. Nature of work
- Leading the department team, assigning goals and tasks, administering, controlling, developing and motivating
- Ensuring the activities of the company's security services and searching for optimization and development opportunities
- Formulating and implementing cyber security strategies for clients, taking into account their field of activity, IT infrastructure and legal acts
- Searching for new innovative cyber security solutions and their implementation
- Implementing cyber security policy
- Controlling costs and investment budgets
Requirements for a colleague
- Higher university education in IT/engineering
- Good skills in managing cyber risks, incident response processes, developing strategic documents
- Excellent knowledge of: ISO 27001, GDPR, Lithuanian cybersecurity legislation, SOC, MDR/XDR services, etc.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical IT topics to managers and clients in “simple human language”
- Strategic thinking, excellent prioritization skills
- At least 3 years of successful management experience
- Understanding of business from a strategic perspective, knowledge of processes
- Leadership, initiative, high level of responsibility
- Impeccable reputation
- English language proficiency at least B2 level
