The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) is the main cybersecurity institution in Lithuania, striving to inspire and empower Lithuanian people and organizations to protect their information, services and assets from cyber threats. The NCSC Competence Development Department in Vilnius is currently looking for a Cyber Security Exercise and Training Coordinator!
Your tasks:
- Analyze the training needs of cybersecurity entities and provide proposals for the necessary training and exercises;
- Organize cybersecurity training and exercises;
- Initiate related procurement of goods and services;
- Prepare training and exercise documents, submit reports;
- Participate in national and international cybersecurity events, within the scope of competence, and cooperate with partners.
We hope that:
- Have at least a higher education;
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in organizing training and events (including market analysis and initiation of the necessary goods and services);
- Are able to analyze training needs, training market supply and propose solutions accordingly;
- Are able to analyze indicators related to training and provide improvement proposals;
- Are familiar with cybersecurity principles and tools, good practices for their implementation (an advantage);
- Speak English at B2 level;
- Meet the requirements set out in legal acts for working with or accessing classified information marked as RESTRICTED;
