What are we looking for
Higher education in IT, information systems or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT (technical support, systems administration or consulting).
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, workplace management and ITSM principles.
Ability to analyze technical problems and clearly explain them to clients.
Ability to independently plan work and manage several tasks simultaneously.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
Customer orientation, responsibility and good communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn and deepen knowledge of new technologies.

Your responsibilities
Assist the sales team as a technical expert: analyze customer needs, participate in meetings, prepare technical proposals and conduct product demonstrations.
Conduct customer training on software usage.
Prepare user manuals, configuration guides and training materials.
Consult customers on software usage and customization.
Answer technical questions and help resolve issues.
Escalate more complex issues to the vendor and coordinate their resolution.
Consult on improving IT processes and more efficient use of solutions.
Track product updates and inform customers about their capabilities.
Work with the ManageEngine product portfolio.
Conduct customer training on software usage.
Prepare user manuals, configuration guides and training materials.
