Nature of work
- Formation, implementation, ensuring its effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Company's cybersecurity policy.
- Ensuring compliance of the Company's activities with the requirements of the Law on Cybersecurity of the Republic of Lithuania and other related legal acts.
- Organization of cybersecurity risk assessment, analysis and management, initiation of the implementation of security measures and monitoring of their implementation.
- Coordination of the investigation, elimination, restoration of operations and ensuring continuity of cyber incidents.
- Organization of cybersecurity audits, information system security testing and risk assessment.
- Preparation and updating of cybersecurity policy documents, procedures and risk management plans.
- Cooperation with the National Cybersecurity Center (NKSC), other institutions and divisions of the Company on cybersecurity issues.
- Organization of cybersecurity training for employees, raising awareness and strengthening security culture.
- Consulting the company's employees and management on cybersecurity issues, providing suggestions for improving security processes.
We hope that the future colleague
- Has a university degree or equivalent.
- Has at least 2 years of work experience in the field of information technology, cybersecurity or networks and information systems.
- Has a higher education diploma confirming the relevant qualification, an internationally recognized certificate, or has completed the established training and passed the cybersecurity manager exam.
- Knows the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating cybersecurity and is able to apply them in practice.
- Has a good command of English (at least B2 level).
- Has advanced user skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Is responsible, proactive, independent and results-oriented.
- Is able to analyze information, assess risks, make decisions and effectively cooperate with specialists in different fields.
- Meets the requirements of impeccable reputation set out in legal acts.
