Provide physiotherapy services in patients' homes;
Assess the patient's physical condition and create an individual physiotherapy plan;
Perform individual physiotherapy procedures and exercises;
Teach patients and their relatives to correctly perform exercises and strengthen independence;
Collaborate with ASPN team members and other healthcare professionals;
Complete and maintain documentation related to the services provided.

Employee requirements
Higher education in the field of physiotherapy;
Valid physiotherapist practice license;
Ability to independently plan and organize one's work;
Responsibility, diligence and professionalism;
Empathy, patience and good communication skills;
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with patients and their relatives;
Ability to work in a team and cooperate with other healthcare professionals;
Ability to assess the patient's functional status and select individual physiotherapy measures;
Skills in filling out medical documentation;
Category B driver's license;
Own car - an advantage;
Experience working with patients at home or in the healthcare field - an advantage.
