RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professionally assess the patient's condition and individual needs;
Plan and carry out individualised physiotherapy procedures, select and apply physiotherapy measures;
Apply your professional knowledge and practical skills to achieve the best possible patient outcome;
Select physiotherapy methods and exercises suitable for the patient;
Monitor the patient's progress and, taking into account their condition, adjust the treatment plan;
Responsible and meticulously document the patient's condition and the procedures applied;
Cooperate with other healthcare professionals;
Actively take an interest in innovations in physiotherapy and constantly improve your professional competencies.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:
You have a higher education and a professional qualification as a physiotherapist;
You have a valid physiotherapist license and press;
You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of physiotherapy. We especially value experience in individual work with patients;
You are ready to take responsibility for the quality of your work and the patient's outcome;
You are able to communicate professionally and empathetically with patients of various ages and needs;
You are proactive, meticulous, responsible and result-oriented;
You are able to work both independently and in a professional team;
You are fluent in Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
You are familiar with the principles of medicine and professional ethics;
You are competent in using a computer and basic work programs;
You have a strong desire to learn, improve and deepen your professional knowledge.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES ARE OUR ADVANTAGE

Neurac methodology;
manual therapy methods;
other modern physiotherapy and functional treatment methods.
