> Ensure smooth daily operations of the cinema - from effective organization of team work to proper preparation for customer flows.
> Be one of the main support points of the team in daily operations - help resolve emerging situations, make decisions and maintain a smooth work rhythm.
> Ensure high quality of customer service and consistent adherence to cinema operating standards.
> Contribute to the introduction of new team members, their development and the creation of a strong, collaborative team.
> Identify opportunities for improving operations and, together with the Regional Manager, seek and implement practical solutions.
> If necessary, take over the functions of the shift manager and ensure smooth and efficient work of the shift.

> Experience in coordinating the work of people or a team and the ability to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.
> Ability to independently and structuredly solve daily situations and make decisions.
> Orientation towards a quality customer experience and high standards of teamwork.
> Initiative - the ability to notice where you can act more efficiently and implement it.
> Experience in customer service, retail, entertainment or similar environments would be considered an advantage.
