Nature of work
Coordinate training activities in European markets: organize remote training, product launches, introductory meetings, speaker trainings and meetings with market leaders.
Prepare and administer monthly training plan: plan topics, dates, speakers, language versions and training formats.
Maintain active contact with leaders and partners in different European markets, including Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, etc.
Systematize, update and coordinate the preparation of training and product materials: presentations, PDF documents, videos, instructions, FAQs, sales scripts and event materials.
Prepare training materials before new product launches, ensuring that partners receive timely information about the products, their benefits and effective delivery.
Coordinate translations and adaptation of training and product materials for different markets and languages.
Collect feedback from leaders and partners, structure their proposals and pass them on to responsible teams in the company.
Contribute to the improvement of the training system, taking into account market needs and partner feedback.
Contribute to the organization and coordination of live events and larger meetings. Business trips are possible, but they would be planned in advance and would not take place constantly.
Participate in the creation and coordination of a network of local speakers in different European countries.
Prepare educational and comparative materials about the market and competitors, helping partners clearly present the advantages of WHIEDA products and solutions.

Employee requirements
Good knowledge of Chinese, Russian. Knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage
