We are looking for a person of action – a Shift Manager who not only manages the team perfectly, but also inspires them to work 100% from the very first shift! Your mission:
🍗 Lead the team and ensure the smooth running of the shift;
🍗 Ensure that everything is done according to KFC standards – cleanliness, speed, quality;
🍗 Motivate colleagues and create a positive atmosphere;
🍗 Resolve situations “here and now” so that guests leave with a smile

We expect you to have:
🍗 Experience in shift management in catering, sales or service companies;
🍗 Experience with staff motivation and evaluation;
🍗 Sense of responsibility, accuracy;
🍗 You speak Lithuanian fluently and English well.
