Head of Klaipėda regional department

We are looking for a responsible, organized and communicative Department Manager who will ensure smooth organization of cleaning services, coordination of employees and high quality of customer service.

Job description:

Continuous communication with existing customers and prompt resolution of their needs;
Organization, coordination and control of the work of subordinate employees at the facilities;
Implementation and organization of active sales;
Ensuring the quality of services and control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
Search, selection and introduction of cleaners to work;
Organization of employee work schedules and coordination of replacements;
Control of compliance with internal work procedures;
Problem solving and prompt response to non-standard situations.

We hope that you:
Have a higher education or a professional bachelor's degree;
Have a category B driver's license (mandatory);
Have experience in management or team coordination (an advantage);
Are responsible, organized and able to plan work independently;
Are able to communicate effectively with employees and clients;
Are focused on results and quality service provision;
Know how to work with a computer and use basic office programs;
