Nature of work

  • Formation, motivation and retention of the store team;
  • Coordination and control of employee activities;
  • Ensuring the trading processes taking place in stores and supervising their proper implementation;
  • Taking care of the image of stores and its improvement;
  • Monitoring performance indicators, providing suggestions to the company's management for their improvement;
  • Responding to market changes, monitoring the competitive environment and ensuring the company's competitiveness;
  • Analyzing the performance results of assigned stores and ensuring profitable operations.

Employee requirements

  • Higher university education;
  • Management experience (at least 2 years);
  • Knowledge of retail processes (food trade);
  • Communicative skills, activity and a strong desire to work in the retail sector;
  • Good work planning skills, independence, result orientation;
  • Computer skills;
  • Driving license (category B).
