KLAIPĖDA REGIONAL MANAGER IN A RESTAURANT CHAIN

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth restaurant operations
Manage daily operational activities and resolve operational issues;
Ensure optimal use of material and human resources.

  • Achievement of financial and non-financial results
Analyze restaurant performance indicators;
Ensure implementation of set sales, cost and efficiency goals;
Control inventories, costs, raw material quantities and documentation.

  • Ensuring food quality and service culture
Monitor the quality of dishes, compliance with technological cards and production processes;
Ensure compliance with guest service standards;
Analyze customer feedback and initiate changes.

  • Team formation, development and leadership
Set team goals, tasks and monitor their implementation.

  • Hygiene and order control
Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and food safety requirements.

  • Restaurant opening, operations and operation management
Participate in the planning and implementation of new restaurant openings;
Ensure proper operation of equipment, inventory and premises.

  • Legal compliance
Ensure compliance with legal acts and company policies in all restaurants in the region.

  • you have successful work experience in a management position (in the catering, trade or service sectors);
  • you have obtained a higher education;
  • you have excellent management and leadership skills, the ability to motivate the team, inspire to achieve the planned sales and guest service goals;
  • you have strategic thinking, the ability to make decisions, predict situations and focus on results;
  • you have very good computer literacy skills;
  • you have a driver's license;
  • you are able to communicate in Russian and English.

Salary

2000 €/mon. net
The salary depends on the experience and competencies and will be discussed in more detail during the interview with the candidate.
