Klaipėda Regional Manager VERO CAFE

· selection, formation, motivation of barista teams;

· drawing up schedules, accounting of working time (vacations, sick leave, changes);

· analysis of competitors in the Klaipėda region (Klaipėda, Palanga, Nida, Svencelė [during the season]);

· analysis, forecast and planning of sales, turnover of supervised cafes;

· direct communication with Manager baristas of cafes, their introduction to work;

· analysis, motivation, emotional development of personnel of supervised cafes in the Klaipėda region;

· ensuring the quality of fire department, occupational safety and GHPT in supervised cafes;

· work with Syrve accounting program;

· work with B2B events - preparation of coffee breaks, their supervision according to need and agreement;

· communication with the administration of supervised cafes located in shopping centers, landlords of other supervised cafe premises, maintaining relations with them;

· calculating bonuses and KPIs for the teams of your own supervised cafes;

· working with the shelves of the supervised cafes;

· introducing new products in the supervised cafes;

· organizing cleaning services for the supervised cafes, ensuring quality;

· communicating and transferring information to the Barista teams of the supervised cafes;

· collecting information from the Baristas, solving problems individually or with the administration team;

· working with the internal employee scheduling system;

· working with MS Office;

· and solving other daily problems.

· able to work independently and in a team;

· know how to plan your working time and properly prioritize;

· like working with people and understand what motivates and inspires them at work;

· like challenges and remain calm in stressful situations;

· are careful when handling documents and numbers;

· have a driver's license;

· work experience in the catering sector is an advantage.

2500-2800 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on the experience and knowledge you bring, as well as the results of the cafes.
