About the position:
Our hearing center in Panevėžys is expanding its team and is looking for a warm, empathetic and highly responsible Administrator. You will be the first person to greet our patients, so the most important thing for us is your maximum politeness, patience and professionalism. Your main responsibilities:
Warm, polite and professional greeting of patients in the hearing center premises;
Answering phone calls, providing information and registering patients for visits and initial consultation of patients with simple, basic questions about hearing aids (don't worry - we will teach you everything);
Ensuring smooth reception work and maintaining a cozy environment.
We expect that you:
Are characterized by maximum politeness, empathy and high communication culture;
Are able to communicate professionally and patiently with patients of all ages (both in person and by phone);
Are organized, responsible and attentive to details;
Have good computer skills;
Have a desire to learn and improve (prior medical or technical knowledge about hearing aids is not necessary).
