- Make proactive calls to existing bank clients
- Present Citadele Bank products, services and their benefits
- Contribute to customer loyalty and activation initiatives
- Help clients find the most suitable financial solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues from various bank departments
- Gain practical experience in customer service and sales
ABOUT YOU:
- Be positive, proactive and responsible
- Have excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn and develop in the financial sector
- Able to work independently and achieve results
- Speak Lithuanian fluently
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian would be an advantage
