Nature of work:
- Communication with customers by phone and e-mail;
- Receiving, entering and administering customer orders;
- Providing information about the status of the order to customers;
- Submitting orders for execution and transmitting the necessary information to responsible colleagues;
- Issuing invoices and administering documents related to orders;
- Resolving issues related to orders;
- Coordinating the execution of orders with the warehouse, coordinating and monitoring their progress;
- Orderly entering data and information into the company's systems.
What to expect:
- Have a university or higher education (in electrical engineering, engineering, automation or a similar field would be an advantage);
- Have good communication and customer service skills;
- You are meticulous, attentive to details and take a responsible approach to your work;
- Able to independently plan work, manage the progress of orders and promptly resolve daily issues;
- Work well with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel;
- Have good oral and written Lithuanian language skills and be able to communicate in English and Russian;
- Experience in customer service, order administration or a similar field would be an advantage.

- We offer a monthly salary of 2100-2300 Eur before taxes for this position. We believe that your competencies and achievements should be properly assessed, therefore we will discuss the specific base salary individually, taking into account your experience and competencies;
