We are looking for a new member for our Customer Service team, an Ambassador of "Sapiegos klinika"!

⓵ Reception of clients and service based on the principles of Ambassadorship. The client's experience is the most important thing for us!
⓶ Effective and professional management of the clinic's daily flows, welcoming clients, planning registrations;
⓷ Active conversations with clinic clients. Attentiveness in providing information about services and other important information;
⓸ Participation in quality control processes, ensuring effective and customer-friendly solutions;
⓹ Cooperation and communication with all clinic specialists, in order to ensure a smooth customer service process;
⓺ Performing cash transactions, filling out and maintaining documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;

⓵ Full-time during clinic working hours;

⓵ Customer Experience: We want a team member who not only has experience working with customers, but also has mastered the art of communication.
Your previous work should have been directly related to serving various customers. You should have performed tasks that require attentiveness, attentiveness, empathy and creativity.

⓶ Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and another foreign language are essential.

⓷ Learning skills: You are constantly learning and are a curious person. You learn quickly and have experience working with important, confidential information, data processing. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to innovations does not scare you.

⓸ Organizational and documentation management skills: Your work requires organization, the ability to prioritize, and plan time.
