Nature of work:

  • Daily communication with B2B customers, agents and sales team in English (German is an advantage);
  • Administration of customer orders: acceptance, entry, coordination of changes and supervision of execution;
  • Providing information to customers about products, production progress and delivery terms;
  • Registering claim requests in the company's systems, resolving problems;
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager related to customer service and/or customers from other markets.

We hope that TU:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in customer (B2B) service, sales or logistics (similar work experience in a manufacturing or international company would be an advantage);
  • Have excellent oral and written English skills, as this will be the main working language, knowledge of German is an advantage;
  • You are meticulous, responsible, proactive, organized, have a quick reaction;
  • You work well with a computer, working with Excel does not scare you and you know what it is like to work with business management programs (Navision would be an advantage).
