🎯 Main responsibilities:
- Receiving, entering and administering customer orders.
- Verifying order data and ensuring accuracy.
- Assisting the team in administering customer complaints, registering service orders and resolving related issues.
- Entering prices into the system.
- Retrieving and administering product bill of materials (BOM) data.
- Assisting in administering fabric collections and related information.
- Collaborating with the customer service and sales team in performing daily tasks.
🔎We hope that you:
- Have at least secondary education (vocational, higher or university education is an advantage)
- You are good at working with a computer, especially with MS Excel and Word programs.
- You are meticulous, responsible, and attentive to details.
- You are able to plan your work, organize information, and meet deadlines.
- You learn quickly and willingly master new systems and processes.
- You have knowledge of English that allows you to understand work information.
- 1-2 years of work experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
