We will trust you:
What will you do with us?
- you will examine residents' applications for housing support, social housing rental and non-priority housing rental and make decisions according to your competence;
- you will check the data and documents submitted by residents, assess their compliance with the requirements of legal acts;
- you will prepare certificates, responses to residents' requests, inquiries and complaints;
- you will administer data in information systems and ensure their accuracy;
- if necessary, replace colleagues from the Customer Service Center and consult and serve customers;
- you will perform other tasks related to your duties.
We hope you:
What do we expect from you?
- have a university or higher education;
- at least 1 year of work experience in a similar or related field (an advantage);
- you know how to work with Microsoft Office programs and use modern communication tools and technologies;
- work experience with the document management system "Avilys", the accounting program "Rivile" or the Social Support Family Information System (SPIS) is a great advantage;
- you know at least one foreign language;
- you are able to independently plan your work, set priorities and make decisions;
- you are responsible, diligent and focused on quality customer service.
