We are looking for a colleague who:

ensure effective and high-quality planning and management of the customer service group's activities;
organize and manage the work of subordinate employees, ensure the distribution and control of tasks;
monitor and analyze the results of customer service activities and initiate improvements;
ensure proper processing of customer requests, statements and complaints;
manage customer service processes and ensure their efficiency;
initiate and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency;
ensure compliance with service quality standards.

In this position, it is important for us:

higher education or equivalent;
at least 1 year of management experience;
at least 1 year of work experience in customer service;
English language proficiency at B1 level;
ability to independently plan, organize one's activities, independently make decisions related to direct work functions, independently solve problems that arise;
ability to accumulate, analyze, systematize, summarize information and draw conclusions;
category B driver's license;
excellent ability to fluently and correctly express thoughts in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
compliance with the requirements set out in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
organization, responsibility, initiative, results-oriented, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

Salary

2480-3720 €/mon. gross
The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
