Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the customer service group, organize, coordinate and supervise its daily activities;
- Ensure high quality of customer service and prompt resolution of inquiries;
- Monitor the team's performance, analyze indicators and initiate process improvement solutions;
- Ensure timely provision of information to customers and drivers;
- Control order fulfillment, loading processes and compliance with transit deadlines;
- Cooperate with other departments of the company in resolving daily operational situations;

- You are fluent in English and Russian (knowledge of both languages is essential);
