Head of Customer Service Group

We are looking for a Customer Service Group Manager who is able to lead a team, achieve results and actively contribute to improving the quality of sales and customer service.

Main responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate the daily work of a management group;
• Ensure the achievement of sales and customer service goals and KPIs;
• Analyze sales, customer service and other performance indicators, prepare and submit statistical reports;
• Provide proposals and initiate actions that help increase sales;
• Contribute to improving the quality of customer service and customer experience of the joint company;
• Monitor the quality of the team's work and calls, provide feedback and develop employees;
• Resolve more complex customer situations and ensure compliance with established processes and standards;
• Analyze the team's results, identify areas for improvement and provide specific suggestions to the department head.

We hope that you:

• Have management experience in customer service and/or sales;
• Able to analyze results, draw conclusions and propose solutions;
• Are result-oriented, proactive and organized;
• Able to motivate a team, communicate clearly and take responsibility;
• You speak Lithuanian fluently, Russian is an advantage;
• Experience in the field of telecommunications is an advantage;
• Experience working with debtors and debt administration processes is an advantage.
