Cbet is looking for a proactive, communicative team member who is able to boldly identify problems and propose solutions!
- Formation of the customer service group, work organization, development and motivation, and ensuring the quality of activities.
- Responsibility for the activities and results of the customer service group.
- Evaluation of the quality of work of group members, providing feedback and assistance in creating a good customer experience.
- Part of the working time is devoted to direct resolution of customer inquiries and non-standard situations.
- Analysis of performance results, monitoring of work processes and standards, and initiation of improvement.
- Cooperation with partners in Lithuania and abroad.
We expect from you:
- 21 years of age (according to the Gambling Act).
- Higher education (in management, business administration or similar field - an advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, including at least 1 year of team management experience.
- Good skills in working with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills (verbal and written).
- Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
