You will be responsible for:
- Smooth customer consultation by phone, e-mail and other means of communication;
- Prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries;
- Handling customer complaints, claims and grievances;
- Analysis of complex situations and finding solutions in cooperation with other departments;
- Preparation of official letters, responses to customers and other documents;
- Document management and administration according to established procedures;
- Ensuring the quality of customer service and providing suggestions for process improvement;
- Working with document management systems and consultation center programs.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education;
- You have at least 2 years of successful work experience in a similar field;
- You are able to express your thoughts fluently and correctly both orally and in writing;
- You know the basics of clerical work;
- You know how to prepare official letters, responses to customer inquiries and other documents;
- You know the principles of document management;
- You have work experience using document management systems and consultation center programs;
- You are focused on the client and creating added value for him;
- You are able to analyze information, make decisions and effectively resolve conflict situations;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and can communicate in Russian and English;
- You are responsible, diligent and positive.
