We invite you to join the cool "Pegasus" team for a fixed period - from October 15 to January 15.
What are you going to do?
- You will consult with customers on issues related to e-store orders via phone, e-mail and other communication channels;
- You will help resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience for them;
- You will monitor the progress of orders and collaborate with colleagues on their fulfillment;
- You will contribute to the daily e-store customer service and administration work.
What we expect from you:
- Diligence, responsibility and willingness to help customers;
- Clear and correct written and spoken Lithuanian;
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn quickly;
- Customer service experience would be an advantage, but the most important thing is your motivation, responsibility and positive attitude.
