You will be responsible for:
- Organization of waste paper supply and management of warehouse stocks;
- Accounting for purchased and sold quantities in the business management system "Microsoft Dynamics 365", in the environmental program GPAIS;
- Organization of transportation using the logistics management system "Freidesk";
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and suppliers, administration of discrepancies and debts;
- Administration of invoices for raw materials and transportation;
- Review of existing commercial conditions, negotiations, signing of contracts;
- Data analysis, preparation and submission of reports.
We hope that by joining us:
- Have a higher education;
- Have experience in customer service, supply, logistics, sales; Experience in waste management, recycling or in a manufacturing company would be an advantage;
- You are meticulous, responsible, analytical;
- Able to establish and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers;
- Able to work both independently and in a team;
- Have experience working with accounting and logistics systems;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English.
