CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (foreign customers) to join our international logistics team and ensure smooth communication and cooperation with foreign customers.

SALES MANAGER SPOT (foreign customers) to contribute to the daily sales and transport organization of cargo in Western Europe. This is a dynamic role that will require quick reactions, good communication skills and the ability to work independently. We have opportunities for both beginners and those with experience in this field.

If you are applying for the position of Customer Service Manager:

• Communicating with existing customers by phone, e-mail or text messages.
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring high-quality service.
• Providing information on cargo transportation, delivery times, tracking and other logistics issues.
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve daily situations in the transportation process.
• Data entry, document administration, working with internal systems.

If you are applying for the position of Sales Manager SPOT:

• Operatively organize cargo loading for our truck fleet.
• Search for cargo on various transport platforms (e.g. TimoCom, Transporeon) and offer solutions to customers.
• Agree on cargo transportation conditions: prices, terms, additional requirements.
• Supervise a smooth transportation process and respond to situations in real time.
• Manage orders, enter information into systems.
• Monitor customer payments and initiate reminders when necessary.

Of course, - excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are a big advantage.

If you are applying for the position of Customer Service Manager:

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Quick orientation, responsibility, attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks at the same time.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, skills in working with systems).
• Experience in the field of transport or customer service is an advantage, but not necessary. We have several positions for both beginners and those who already have experience.

If you are applying for the position of Sales Manager SPOT:

• Activity, initiative and the ability to maintain a constructive dialogue with customers and partners.
• Logical thinking, the ability to quickly assess the situation and make decisions.
• Organizational skills, independence and a sense of responsibility.
• Experience in logistics or SPOT sales is an advantage, but not a necessity. We train all new colleagues and provide an induction program.
• Wants to achieve the best possible results and improve.
