Nature of work:
- Accept and coordinate sales orders;
- Communicate and supervise B2B partners in Lithuania and abroad;
- Consult customers by phone, e-mail and social networks;
- Coordinate sales development on international trading platforms (Amazon, Allegro, etc.);
- Organize and control the delivery of goods to customers;
- Create and update product descriptions;
- Contribute to the development of new sales channels;
- Cooperate with marketing, warehouse and production teams to achieve the best result.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in customer service, sales or e-commerce;
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian;
- English at least B2 level;
- Clear, polite and professional communication;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility;
- Good organizational and administrative skills;
- Ambition to achieve good results and contribute to the growth of the company;
- Driver's license and own car for commuting to work.
