We will trust you:
- Daily communication with customers via remote channels (telephone and e-mail);
- Active sales of services to new and existing customers;
- Professional customer service, solving their questions and offering the best solution;
- Achieving personal and team sales and service quality goals (and celebrating victories together!);
- Administrative work after communication with the customer (entering information into systems, conversation reports, etc.).
We would like you to:
- You would have customer service or other experience working with customers;
- You would speak Lithuanian fluently and clearly, fluently;
- You would communicate easily and be able to present your thoughts clearly and convincingly;
- You would have good computer literacy skills;
- You would be diligent, responsible and focused on quality results;
- You would speak English and/or Russian;
- You would be able to work a flexible work schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-19:00 (various shifts).
