Nature of work
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will become an important part of our team.
The main goal is to communicate with customers quickly and professionally from the first inquiry to the order fulfillment.

- Contact customers upon receipt of an inquiry by phone and e-mail;
- Advise customers on wooden roof truss solutions;
- Prepare and send commercial offers;
- Coordinate the order process between the customer, design, production and logistics;
- Coordinate production and delivery deadlines;
- Track customer inquiries in the CRM system;
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers;
- Help ensure smooth order fulfillment from the first call to delivery.
