For our client – a service company – we are looking for a manager responsible for the work of the customer service team and the smooth provision of services. This position is intended for someone who enjoys leading, understanding practical problems and finding solutions together with colleagues. The ability to see the whole is important here: what the client needs, what help the team needs and how to organize the work to achieve the agreed result.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the team, plan its work and ensure that tasks are performed on time and with high quality.
- Coordinate the resolution of issues related to maintenance and repair of facilities, set priorities and assist the team in more complex situations.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with customers and partners, examine more complex applications and resolve claims.
- Supervise the procurement of services and contract works, participate in negotiations with suppliers and contractors and monitor compliance with contract terms.
- Consult employees on daily work issues, develop their independence and participate in the selection and training of new team members.
- Evaluate the results of the team's work, propose and implement improvements in the quality of services and work organization.
WE HOPE YOU
- You have at least 2 years of experience in leading a team: you have planned the work of employees, delegated tasks and evaluated their results.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in real estate administration, building maintenance, construction or other service provision and coordination.
- You have experience working with customers, are able to listen, reconcile expectations, resolve conflict situations and represent the company's position with arguments.
- You are able to delve into technical issues, understand the essence of the problem and involve appropriate specialists.
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing, and work with Microsoft Office programs.
- You have a category B driver's license.
WE WILL CONSIDER IT AN ADVANTAGE
- Technical or engineering education.
- Practical knowledge of building operations, engineering systems, construction or renovation work.
- Experience in improving customer service or team work processes.
