WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US:
- You will communicate with clients – you will answer their inquiries by e-mail and phone, help solve daily issues;
- You will organize client meetings, prepare ballots, count votes and record the results;
- You will prepare and administer project documentation;
- You will coordinate the distribution of tasks to colleagues;
- You will plan and coordinate meetings with clients and contractors;
- You will ensure client trust that all data and answers are provided on time;
- You will ensure orderly documentation of processes.
We see this position as the first step towards professional growth – our goal is for you to grow to the position of Building Maintenance Manager by autumn 2027.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- You have a higher/higher education or are a final year student;
- Experience in the field of real estate development, construction or building administration (an advantage);
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies (an advantage);
- Independence, responsibility and the ability to maintain self-control even in difficult situations;
- Clear, professional communication - both with clients and partners;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel);
- Driver's license and car.
