Hello! We have a very interesting, well-known, international customer service quality project and we are currently building a new team!

We are looking for a Customer Service Quality Evaluator who will evaluate customer service communication, identify improvement opportunities and help ensure the highest customer experience.
In this position, you will work with Vinted, Europe's largest online platform for second-hand fashion.

We are looking for a Customer Service Quality Evaluator who will evaluate customer service communication, identify improvement opportunities and help ensure the highest customer experience.
In this position, you will work with Vinted, Europe's largest online platform for second-hand fashion.
😜 What will your working day look like?
- Evaluate customer service requests according to established criteria;
- Identify communication, procedural and factual errors;
- Perform text data classification and tagging;
- Briefly justify evaluation decisions in English;
- Participate in calibration sessions and training;
- Achieve established quality and productivity KPIs.
You will be a great candidate if: 🤔
✔ You speak English at least at C1 level;
✔ You are meticulous and detail-oriented;
✔ You are able to work according to clear rules and processes;
✔ You do not get lost in a large amount of information;
✔ You learn new systems and processes quickly;
✔ You are ready to work full-time Mon-Fri from 8/9 am to 5/6 pm;
