🌍We operate in the international market - we manage two more e-pharmacies in Latvia and Estonia

What will you do as a Customer Service Team Leader?
- You will form, develop and motivate a 10-person customer service team in the Baltics, ensuring high quality customer service across all communication channels.
- You will assess the quality of customer service, provide feedback and help the team grow continuously.
- You will plan team priorities, distribute workload and ensure efficient use of resources.
- You will represent the customer service team in company meetings and contribute to decisions that improve customer experience.
- You will collaborate with other departments, share insights about customer needs, initiate process improvements and contribute to the implementation of changes.
- You will resolve complex customer situations, manage complaints and ensure their professional resolution.
- You will analyze the team's performance and customer service indicators, look for opportunities to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We expect that you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- You have led a team or have experience in coordinating a team.
- You are familiar with customer service KPIs, quality standards and performance analysis.
- You are able to analyze data, make decisions and initiate process improvements.
- You are able to communicate in English.
- You are proficient in working with Microsoft Excel.
- You are excellent at planning, organizing work, managing priorities and inspiring the team to achieve the best results.
The salary range for this position is from 3800 to 4100 EUR gross per month.
