We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Operations Team Leader who would be responsible for ensuring service quality, process improvement and effective team and operations management.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer service quality: review of calls and written communication, feedback to the team
- Analyze performance indicators (CSAT, quality assessments), prepare reports and provide insights
- Manage and improve operational processes, ensure their efficiency and compliance
- Organize team work: task allocation, schedule monitoring, activity coordination
- Conduct team development: 1:1 meetings, training, introduction of new employees
- Coordinate tasks of IT and other related teams, ensure smooth operation of processes
- Participate in employee performance evaluation and compensation reviews
Requirements:
- You have team management experience in customer service or operations
- You are able to analyze data and make decisions based on insights
- You are focused on process efficiency and quality
- You have strong communication and organizational skills
