Customer service consultant

Our client “IPF digital” provides consumer financial services and is currently expanding its internal customer service team in Vilnius. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the main contact person for customers in Lithuania – answering their questions by phone and email and reviewing loan applications.

This position will suit you perfectly if:

· You have experience in customer service (an advantage if you have worked with customers by phone or email;

· You have excellent command of Lithuanian (written and oral);

· You are able to work effectively in uncertain situations;

· You are able to solve problems, have excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills;

· You have good computer literacy skills (knowledge of MS Office 365 would be an advantage);

· You are flexible to work according to a rotating schedule - weekdays 8:00–17:00 or 10:00–19:00, Saturdays 8:00–17:00, Sundays 8:00–15:00.

An advantage, but not a necessity:

· Knowledge of English, used for internal team communication (not for communication with clients).

· Experience in digital financial services or lending.

What you will do in the position:

· You will start with introductory training to get you started quickly.

· You will provide professional customer service (by phone and email), while adhering to privacy and credit policy requirements.

· You will verify the identity of customers, update their data in the systems, record contacts and promptly resolve inquiries.

· You will recognize and manage potential fraud cases, clearly present products.
