Nature of work

We are currently looking for a Customer Service TelephoneConsultant for the Tele2 contact center.You will communicate with existing Tele2 customers by telephone, answer their questions and resolve various situations. The team's goal is to provide the best service experience, so we promise - there will be a lot of action and challenges, you will constantly learn new things. We hope that you will be interested in:

  • accept customer inquiries by phone and offer customers solutions and alternatives;
  • cooperate with other company teams in solving more complex issues;
  • sell goods and services to existing Tele2 customers;
  • register conversation results and make changes in CRM systems;
  • contribute to the preparation of various letters to institutions and the implementation of other related projects;
  • be one of the first to try out the latest Tele2 and partner services.

In order tobe great, you will need:

  • work experience in customer service (experience working on the phone is an advantage);
  • general understanding of the telecommunications market, products and services (experience working with telecommunications products is an advantage);
  • internal motivation and perseverance in finding the solution or additional service that best meets the client's needs;
  • ability to remain calm in stressful situations;
  • smooth and correct communication skills in Lithuanian (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
  • good computer skills.

Salary 1200 - 2200 Eur (excluding taxes). Base 1200 Eur (excluding taxes) plus as much as you are active and want to earn! Those who work part-time earn 2200 EUR (before taxes) and more.

Rotating shift work schedule, the contact center is open from 7 am to 11 pm (I-VII shifts, 40 hours a week full-time or 30 hours a week 0.75 full-time).
