Nature of work:
We are looking for an organized, proactive and customer-oriented specialist who would coordinate service processes, ensure smooth work of the engineering team and high quality of customer service. In this position, you will be responsible for work planning, order administration, customer communication and process efficiency initiatives.
Waiting for you:
- Planning, coordination and execution control of the work of the engineering team.
- Drawing up work schedules and coordinating with employees.
- Accepting and registering customer orders for equipment installation, service and repair work.
- Organizing the preparation and delivery of equipment to customers.
- Planning, coordinating and communicating with customers about service schedules.
- Prompt resolution of customer issues by phone and e-mail.
- Cooperation with other company departments to achieve efficient use of resources, smooth implementation of processes and their continuous improvement.
- Working with internal company systems.
We hope you:
- Has a higher university education (preferably in technical, management, economics or similar field).
- Has work experience in work planning or a similar field (Advantage).
- Has excellent computer literacy skills.
- Is able to independently plan and organize the work of his/her own team and that of a team of employees.
- Has team leadership skills.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Has English language skills.
