NATURE OF WORK
- Consult current and potential customers through all communication channels, ensuring professional and high-quality service.
- Ensure smooth execution of inquiries and orders, informing customers about the progress and changes of orders in a timely manner.
- Initiate process improvement solutions to achieve greater customer satisfaction and more efficient service.
- Continuously improve knowledge about services, products and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- We expect you to have excellent communication skills, be able to quickly find solutions and handle situations diplomatically
- You are ready to work in a dynamic, changing environment and constantly learn
- You are able to communicate in Russian and English
- You are able to quickly navigate situations and make decisions
- An advantage is knowledge of e-commerce principles, experience in customer service.
