Tasks and responsibilities
After training, you will be responsible for comprehensive customer service:
- Communication with customers by e-mail, phone, social media channels and live
- Clarification of customer needs, consulting
- Coordination of orders, shipment of goods
- Preparation of presentations and proposals
- Issuing invoices and contracts to customers
- Calls and visits to customers throughout Lithuania
- Ordering goods from suppliers and organizing logistics
Expectations for your competence

Similar work experience in construction, transport or technical goods and services sales and e-store administration would be an advantage!

- Have similar work experience (customer service and administration, technical field would be an advantage)
- Are literate and tidy person
- Communicate politely in Lithuanian
- Be able to communicate in English. Russian or Spanish would be an advantage
- Work responsibly, independently, able to plan and meet deadlines
- Are honest, reliable, persistent and result-oriented
