Your responsibilities would be:
- Friendly customer service;
- Excellent customer service: working with cash registers and point-of-sale equipment, ensuring correct prices and quantities and a comfortable and accurate customer shopping experience;
- Fast and efficient performance of customer service tasks and problem solving (returns, online orders, in-store product reservations, Decathlon loyalty program, etc.);
- Grow and develop through training and (if desired) additional responsibilities.
