Today, we are looking for more sports enthusiasts who would like to share their passion and knowledge with others. We offer a flexible full-time schedule (evenings and mostly weekends) so that you can combine work with studies, sports training or other activities.
Your responsibilities would be:
Friendly greeting customers;
Excellent customer service: working with cash registers and point-of-sale equipment, ensuring correct prices and quantities and a comfortable and accurate customer shopping experience;
Fast and efficient performance of customer service tasks and problem solving (returns, online orders, in-store product reservations, Decathlon loyalty program, etc.);
Ensure that all customers leave our stores “satisfied or satisfied”;
Share your passion for sports and technical advice with customers about the sports for which you are responsible;
Work well both in a team and independently, as you will be part of a team of like-minded store salespeople who exercise together and celebrate victories together;
Grow and develop through training and (if desired) additional responsibilities.
