We are looking for a manager who can build a team, ensure smooth operation of the department and high quality customer service.

Main responsibilities:
- Organize the work of the department and ensure its efficiency.
- Lead a team of 10-15 employees, motivate and develop employees.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Monitor performance indicators, analyze results and achieve goals.
- Resolve complex customer situations.
- Improve work processes, initiate changes and cooperate with other departments.

- You have a higher education.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management or a similar field.
- You are able to motivate a team, develop employees and achieve common goals.
- You have strong organizational and communication skills, are able to resolve conflict situations.
- You are able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- You are focused on the customer, results and continuous improvement.
