Nature of work
- Serve and advise clients in the financial institution's branch and remotely (by telephone and in writing);
- Sell the financial institution's products and services, identifying customer needs;
- Work with cash (reception, disbursement);
- Resolve non-standard situations, cooperating with colleagues from other departments;
- Ensure the quality of customer service and a positive customer experience;
- Perform other tasks related to customer service.
