Nature of work
We are looking for an energetic and communicative Customer Service Specialist to work in the B2B segment. You will be an important link in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and high quality customer service.
Your responsibilities:
Communication with B2B customers by phone and virtually;
Receiving, entering and monitoring orders;
Coordination of order fulfillment and informing customers of status;
Fast and professional resolution of customer inquiries and problems.

Employee requirements
Qualifications as a pharmaceutical technician/pharmacist assistant would be an advantage;
Excellent communication skills;
Diligence, responsibility and customer orientation;
Ability to quickly navigate in a dynamic environment;
Work experience in customer service is an advantage;
Good MS Office skills;
