WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THE COMPANY:
- Most of your work will consist of moderating content uploaded by customers.
- You will communicate with customers via the platform and email. All communication will be in writing only.
- You will help customers use the company's product comfortably, and the IT team will help you with technical issues.
- You will work in a team of five people, whose members cooperate and are always ready to help each other.
- You will contribute to improving customer service processes and quality.
- You will improve customer service skills and deepen your technological knowledge
WHAT THE COMPANY EXPECTS FROM YOU:
- Excellent knowledge of Polish (written and spoken).
- Attention and ability to objectively evaluate photos and other content uploaded by customers - you will learn everything you need once you join the team.
- Willingness to communicate with customers and help them solve their issues.
- Customer service experience via email or chat platforms - this is considered an advantage.
- Interest in customer service, technology and product development.
- Initiative, responsibility and the ability to work independently.
