Klientų aptarnavimo specialistas (-ė) / Customer support specialist

❖ B2 or higher level of English;
❖ Comfortable working with computers and learning new tools;
❖ Responsible and detail-oriented;
❖ Able to stay organized and handle multiple tasks;
❖ Positive attitude and strong communication skills;

❖ Provide excellent support to drivers and customers;
❖ Handle incoming calls and accurately record important information;
❖ Assist with resolving issues and finding solutions in a timely manner;
❖ Prioritize tasks and requests based on urgency;
❖ Monitor driver routes and schedules to ensure smooth operations;
❖ Communicate important updates regarding loads, traffic, and delivery requirements;
❖ Maintain accurate records and update information in company systems;
❖ Full training provided – previous experience is an advantage, but not required.

Additional Information:
❖ Schedule: 3 days on / 3 days off (3x3 rotation);
❖ Working hours: 01:00 AM – 12:00 PM;
❖ Opportunity to gain experience in the U.S. transportation and logistics industry.
